Our Journey

Our story began long before Talent Connect was officially founded in 2025. Since 2017 we have been actively supporting migrant communities in Germany through various
organizations,
helping immigrants to face the challenges of relocation and integration.

We realize that a good job alone is not enough- true success in Germany means having a high quality of life, a sense of belonging to that community and strong social connections through new connections and friendships. To thrive, immigrants need more than a good job; they need to feel integrated, connected and mentally well.
